About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies. As the first point of contact for internal and external clients, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to direct supervisor and back up coverage as needed
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings, technology setup, and catering
  • Assist in the coordination and administration of training programs
  • Support clients with forms, resume creation, and job searching
  • Collect and enter statistical information into SIIT's Training Administration System
  • Perform client follow-ups and manage the Construction Safety Training System
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of office administration and excellent communication skills. You must be prompt, reliable, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience working with First Nations culture and organizations is an asset.
