We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to join our Full Stack Engineering team at StackAdapt. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development of our advertising platform.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers in the development of our advertising platform, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Design, to define and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and promote best practices in software development.
- Work closely with Product Managers to ensure requirements and priorities align with business objectives.
- Build and manage hiring plans, conduct interviews, and identify potential high-performing candidates.
- Balance and prioritize projects to maximize efficiency and ensure company objectives are achieved.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in web technologies and architecting scalable systems.
- Proven track record of shipping multiple products and leading high-performing teams.
- At least 2 years of people management experience, with a minimum of 4 direct reports.
- Experience with JavaScript/Typescript and modern frontend frameworks like React and Redux.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and a strong understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- Previous experience with CRM integration and data extraction is a significant asset.
