Job Title: Janitorial Services Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Manager to join our team at Grizzly Cubs Den Corporation. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our janitorial services department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Ensure that all janitorial tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the performance of our janitorial staff, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish or Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and enforce policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Plan and Control Budget and Inventory: Manage the budget and inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other resources, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing waste.
  • Manage Contracts for Advertising or Marketing Strategies: Oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Hire, Train, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, train, and manage a team of janitorial staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues and improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 Years of Experience: Proven experience in janitorial services management, with a strong track record of success in leading teams and driving results.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
