Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorize and organize major departments, and establish objectives for the organization.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegate representatives as needed.
  • Staff Management: Select middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimal working conditions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Work Conditions: Attention to detail, ability to handle a large workload.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, permanent position, 32 hours per week, English language.
