About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Trust Services Associate to join our team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a Trust Services Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting the management of trust and protection mandates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist Trust Services Managers in all administrative tasks related to the management of trust or protection mandates, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Document Management: Collect and maintain client files, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients and their experts, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
  • Process Management: Organize and coordinate activities with stakeholders to process and advance files in accordance with our service standards.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with Trust Services Managers to prepare investment and communication policies for clients.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including digitizing processes and communications with clients.
  • Client Experience: Actively participate in the implementation of the client experience path, preparing meeting agendas, reports, and follow-up with clients according to established policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Education: A completed bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of or experience in estate settlement or trust administration, proficiency with Word and Excel, and investment or financial planning knowledge.
