Position Overview: As a Trust Services Associate, you will serve as a reliable professional for clients, delivering exceptional service and support tailored to their unique requirements. Your contributions will play a vital role in our mission to provide personal trust services to high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Trust Services Managers (TSMs) with all administrative duties associated with trust or protection mandates.
  • Gather and maintain necessary documentation for client files, ensuring compliance with legal timelines.
  • Coordinate activities with various stakeholders to facilitate the processing and advancement of client files in line with our service standards.
  • Act as a liaison, following up with clients, their advisors, and our partners as needed.
  • Collaborate with TSMs to develop investment and communication strategies for clients.
  • Engage in transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, particularly in digitizing processes and enhancing client communications.
  • Participate actively in the client experience journey, including preparing meeting agendas, compiling reports, and following up with clients according to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4 years of experience in the financial sector.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of estate settlement or trust administration is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of investment or financial planning is a plus.

Languages: Proficiency in English and French is required.
