Job Summary

The Human Resources Advisor will provide support to various HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing HR processes, as well as providing administrative support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding;
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting;
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management;
  • Coordinate payroll administration, including processing payrolls, managing benefits, and administering pension plans;
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, as well as provide training and support to employees on HR-related matters;
  • Participate in various committees and working groups, as required;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in human resources or payroll administration, preferably in a unionized environment;
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in English and French;
  • Experience or knowledge of HR information systems is an asset;
  • Knowledge of ADP is an asset;
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a office environment. A flexible schedule is required, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday.
