Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Osmow's Markham. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food preparation staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering and stocking of supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, as well as maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
