Service Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Service Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming service department phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Book service appointments and manage the service schedule.
  • Assist management with various administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
  • Oversee all appointments and consult with management regarding any discrepancies.
  • Ensure customer mobility when appointments are booked and balance cash at the end of the day.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral communication skills and previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Professional appearance and friendly disposition.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
