Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a passionate and hard-working Dental Receptionist to join our team at Uptown dental in Oakville, ON.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working collaboratively with others to organize and implement systems, ensuring the practice runs efficiently.
Our Oakville dental office provides general, restorative, and cosmetic services delivered by experts who care.
About the Role:
- Full-time position with 35 hours per week

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist or equivalent
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program or Certificate
- Experience with dental practice management software is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
