About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Technician to join our team at New Asian Food Market. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to employees and customers with computer-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems with hardware and software.
  • Network Maintenance: Ensure the stability and security of our computer networks, including monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, servers, and internet connectivity.
  • System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including desktops, laptops, and servers, to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to employees on the use of computer systems and software, and stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or network administration role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software, including Windows, Linux, and networking protocols.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
