Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MDM Support Specialist to join our team at Smart TechLink Solutions Inc. As an MDM Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for our Master Data Management (MDM) systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 production support services for MDM systems.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Informatica, AWS Cloud, and Oracle technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data governance practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in L2 production support services.
  • Strong technical skills in Informatica, AWS Cloud, and Oracle.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Healthcare background is mandatory.
