Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at C-Gas Management Inc. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and oversee payroll administration.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, and oversee the work of 5-10 people.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize point of sale systems, spreadsheets, and MS Outlook to manage store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate to a rural area.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems, spreadsheets, and MS Outlook.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English Language: English is the primary language of communication.
