About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail store manager to lead our team in St. John's. As a store manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment;
  2. Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service;
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets;
  4. Manage store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses;
  5. Collaborate with the district manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives;
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols;
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by the district manager.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management role;
  2. Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance;
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team;
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  6. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
