About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at C-Gas Management Inc. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail establishment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, and oversee the work of 5-10 people.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Point of sale system, spreadsheet, and MS Outlook.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and ability to handle heavy loads.
