About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at DQ Grill & Chill. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of food quantities used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
