REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills

Effective communication - Developing and delivering multi-channel communications that clearly address the unique needs of diverse audiences.

Customer-centric approach - Cultivating strong customer relationships and providing customer-focused solutions.

Results-oriented - Consistently achieving objectives, even in challenging circumstances.

Complexity management - Navigating complex, high-volume, and sometimes contradictory information to solve problems effectively.

Process optimization - Understanding the most effective and efficient processes to accomplish tasks, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Master Supply Scheduling - Establishing and maintaining a valid Master Production Schedule for a product family that meets customer expectations while maximizing operational efficiency; ensuring alignment of procurement scheduling, production scheduling, and replenishment planning with manufacturing and assembly capabilities.

Materials KPI Management - Evaluating recent or historical outputs against organizational expectations to determine next steps for improvement; assessing gaps in supply chain performance to achieve target deliverables; interpreting KPIs to understand customer impact; strategically balancing trade-offs to influence one KPI while minimizing impacts on others.

Materials Master Data Management - Identifying the source of master data (bill-of-material, disposition code, planner code, etc.) and ensuring changes are made at the origin rather than downstream systems; tracking, monitoring, and enhancing the quality of master data feeding into demand and supply planning.

Materials Planning Parameters - Aligning parameters (minimum order quantity, multiple order quantity, lead time, part cost, etc.) to balance supply and demand plans while stabilizing the supply chain; adjusting parameter settings in the planning environment and analyzing impacts on customer delivery and inventory.

Materials Planning System Utilization - Leveraging the materials planning system to manage supply and demand plans, taking long-term corrective actions based on root cause analysis; occasionally utilizing ad-hoc tools such as Excel, Access, TOAD, OMS, etc., for problem-solving while primarily relying on the materials planning system for daily operations.

Part Change Control Management - Assessing and implementing engineering change requests (obsolescence, supersessions, new part releases, etc.) to meet customer delivery requirements while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.

Plan for Every Part (PFEP) - Applying PFEP principles in planning, designing, and managing systems and processes within a facility to ensure the timely delivery of the right part in the right quantity to the right location, thereby ensuring smooth operations; focusing on the relationships between master data management, materials planning parameters, engineered material flows, transport management, and warehouse management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent secondary education certification or relevant experience as per applicable regulations.

Preferred: College, University, or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
