Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Maxima Stone Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking and monitoring stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse and production units to coordinate activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials and products.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain progress reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Logistics Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics, including scheduling production runs, managing inventory, and coordinating transportation.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
