B.N. Dulay's Trux Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Vice-President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational policies and programs that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and create optimum working conditions
