Job Title: Human Resources Vice-President

B.N. Dulay's Trux Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Vice-President will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs, as well as overseeing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff
Work Environment

The Human Resources Vice-President will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to have strong attention to detail.
