About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of our dessert cafe, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Supervise and Train Staff

Supervise and train our food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality desserts.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage inventory and supplies required for dessert preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that our desserts meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues and ensuring that customers leave our dessert cafe satisfied.

Maintain Records and Reports

Prepare and submit accurate records and reports, including inventory management, sales data, and staff performance.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, physically demanding
