Position Overview

As a Construction Support Specialist at IKROM Construction Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks that support the overall construction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials efficiently.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and lubricate cranes and other machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Structural Support: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as needed.
  • Material Preparation: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt for various projects.
  • Pipeline Assistance: Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction activities.
  • Demolition Support: Aid in the safe demolition of buildings.
  • Material Salvage: Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse.
  • Site Cleanup: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with a range of 1 to less than 7 months.
