Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused professional to join our team as a Client Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth through proactive engagement and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement
    • Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized advice and solutions.
    • Build strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and retention.
  • Client Education and Demonstration
    • Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on digital banking and other financial products.
    • Provide demonstrations and support to clients to ensure they are comfortable using our digital banking platforms.
  • Problem-Solving and Resolution
    • Actively listen to client concerns and provide timely and effective solutions to resolve issues.
    • Proactively identify and prevent client banking problems.
  • Relationship Building and Partnerships
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to drive business growth and referrals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Requirements

  • Must-Haves
    • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth.
    • Strong problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.
    • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, and a hunger for success.
    • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices.
    • Ability to work all business hours.
  • Nice-to-Haves
    • Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry.
    • Mutual Funds accreditation (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
