Position Summary:

Are you a personable and service-oriented individual? Do you thrive in environments where you interact with clients? If so, a role with Andrew Lake's Desjardins Insurance team could be an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client requirements, and promote suitable insurance products and services.
  • Deliver timely, precise, and courteous customer support. This includes addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and listening.
  • Proactive approach to problem resolution.
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capability to present to prospective clients.
  • Property & Casualty license is preferred (must be obtained if not currently held).
