The role involves managing the policy and claims services for a designated segment of our group operations clientele. You will ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous service to our first responder members, sales representatives, and insurance partners regarding their accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with assigned clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients during policy renewals and throughout the policy term; address inquiries and recommend enhancements to coverage.
  • Assess coverage options with policyholders and suggest upgrades as necessary.
  • Offer guidance on initial claims submissions.
  • Stay informed about all company product offerings and updates.
  • Manage all incoming requests related to assigned clients.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of all policy documentation and processing, utilizing macros for documentation on company platforms.
  • Oversee accounts receivable for assigned clients, following corporate procedures.
  • Complete all follow-up items using tracking lists.
  • Provide support for other group operations Account Managers as needed.
  • Comply with all system protocols and insurance company regulations.
  • Undertake additional duties and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • RIBO Licensed or eligible for RIBO licensing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, service, or processing.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities; strong written and verbal communication skills; organized; detail-oriented; capable of prioritizing tasks; collaborative team player; precise in documentation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SigXP and Applied Rating is advantageous.
