We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at 1912971 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our bakery team.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and customer orders.
- Train and supervise baking personnel to ensure high-quality products and efficient production.
- Requisition and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Operate bakery equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
