- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Bake shop environment.
- Color Perception: Ability to distinguish between colors.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
- Work Environment: Repetitive tasks and work under pressure.
- Learning and Training: Opportunities for learning and training paid by the employer.
