About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at Golden Oven European Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and baking of a wide range of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and customer orders
  • Supervise and train baking personnel and kitchen staff
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Ensure the quality of products meets established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
Requirements
  • 1-7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
