Your Role: We are seeking a talented individual to join our exceptional team focused on flagship online dating and live-streaming products. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in driving growth through product and organic marketing strategies tailored for consumer goods. A deep understanding of user needs and a keen perspective on fostering organic and viral growth are essential for this highly collaborative position, which reports to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute strategies to organically attract new users through word-of-mouth and viral engagement.
  • Enhance the user onboarding experience to ensure new users quickly recognize and derive value from the product, encouraging them to share their positive experiences.
  • Implement initiatives to promote user retention, which may include email marketing, push notifications, feature enhancements, and optimizations.
  • Leverage data to uncover opportunities, inform decisions, and continuously refine strategies. This includes setting up and analyzing experiments, monitoring KPIs, and using insights to iterate on marketing approaches and product features.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and performance marketers to align growth initiatives with overarching business goals and user requirements.
  • Establish a feedback mechanism to gather user insights, integrating this information into product development and marketing strategies through surveys, user interviews, and usability testing.
  • Serve as the local authority on product-driven growth marketing strategies and tactics for consumer products at various stages of development.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing.
  • Experience managing portfolio products on a global scale.
  • Proven track record of launching new products or categories from concept to achieving product-market fit.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver quantifiable results.
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in leading cross-functional teams, particularly in Product, Marketing, and Creative sectors, to develop innovative solutions.
  • Fluency in key business, product, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to write queries for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $130,000 annually, influenced by factors such as the scope of responsibilities, candidate experience, education, job-related skills, and market considerations.
