Responsibilities:

* Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils
* Operate dishwashers and washing machines to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
* Prepare and portion food items, including cooking and reheating
* Serve customers at counters and buffet tables, providing exceptional customer service
* Stock refrigerators and salad bars, ensuring adequate inventory levels
* Take customer orders and process transactions accurately
* Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
* Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
* Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit

Requirements:

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
