We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Shipping Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and shipment of pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and verify inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control
- Manage inventory movement, following FIFO or FEFO principles
- Store and handle products according to SOPs and temperature requirements
- Pack and prepare shipments, ensuring compliance with carrier regulations
- Monitor and replenish shipping materials as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a similar role an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a cold environment daily
