**Job Summary**

The Retail Supervisor is a key member of the COWS team, responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store. This individual is accountable for leading the retail team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Customer Service:** Deliver COWS World Class Service to customers, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.
  • **Team Leadership:** Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • **Store Operations:** Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • **Problem Solving:** Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • **Communication:** Serve as a liaison between staff and management, ensuring open and effective communication throughout the store.
  • **Inventory Management:** Manage inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • **Visual Merchandising:** Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including arranging merchandise displays and ensuring a clean and organized store.
  • **Cash Handling:** Handle cash transactions, including making change and operating a cash register.
  • **Bank Deposits:** Prepare and deposit bank funds, ensuring accurate and timely deposits.

**Requirements:**

  • **Customer Service:** Possess excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with customers and staff.
  • **Communication:** Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff.
  • **Teamwork:** Possess a team-oriented personality, with the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • **Problem Solving:** Exhibit efficient and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • **Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • **Reliability:** Possess reliable transportation and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
