Job Title: Chief Transformation Officer

PurposeMed is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Transformation Officer to lead our technology and innovation efforts. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving technological innovation, building powerful and scalable systems, and aligning technology initiatives with our overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive technological innovation and strategy to deliver a world-class telehealth experience
  • Build a clear vision and plan for the technology team to deliver a world-class telehealth experience
  • Be the engineering leader who drives conversations about how technology can be leveraged in patient-first ways
  • Identify opportunities for technology to improve the convenience, accessibility, and quality of our care
  • Oversee data management and analytics strategies to drive business decisions and improve patient care outcomes
  • Hire, mentor, and lead top talent in engineering, product, design, IT, data, and security
  • Encourage a culture of collaboration and innovation by providing resources and a safe environment for rapid experimentation and creative problem-solving
Requirements:
  • 8+ years in leadership roles (3+ years at VP-level equivalent or higher) in performance-oriented, dynamic technology companies
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and disseminate actionable insights to multiple audiences
  • Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset with a deep understanding of the relationship between commercial/business operations, unit economics, and financials
