Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Web World IT Services Ltd. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support
    • Respond to technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions to clients and internal teams.
    • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions.
    • Provide training and guidance to clients and internal teams on technical procedures and best practices.
  • Problem-Solving
    • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions to resolve problems.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
    • Provide regular reports to management on technical support activities and trends.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide technical support and guidance.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of technical procedures and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Associate Computing Professional (ACP) certification.
    • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
    • IBM Certification.
    • Network+ Certification.
  • Skills
    • Unix.
    • JavaOS.
    • Networking security.
    • Servers.
    • .NET.
