About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at IT Minds Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist - IT Expert. This is a permanent position that offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to our clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Work Environment

This role is based in an office building and requires the ability to work in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
