About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Replenishment Analyst to join our team at Metro Inc. as part of our Supply Chain Modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the replenishment strategy for store fulfillment, ensuring healthy inventory levels and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Store Operations, and Logistics, to provide replenishment expertise and support.
  • Act as the primary contact for Store Operations regarding inventory, ordering, and product flow.
  • Use analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of analytical experience in a Grocery Retail Environment, with a focus on inventory management.
  • University Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Economics.
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and/or SQL Server/Postgre SQL.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an eye for spotting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with a strong customer focus and business acumen.
  • Bilingual in French and English is a must.
  • SAP knowledge and Python programming skills are assets.
