Key Responsibilities:- Replenishment Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective replenishment strategies that meet business objectives.
- Inventory Management: Ensure healthy store inventory levels and forecasts, taking into account seasonality, promotions, cannibalizations, and halo effects.
- System Integration: Work with various systems and technologies to optimize inventory management and replenishment processes.
- Communication and Collaboration: Act as primary contact for store operations regarding inventory, ordering, and product flow, and provide replenishment expertise to cross-functional teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance inventory management and replenishment processes.
- Education: University degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Economics.
- Experience: 1-3 years of analytical experience in a grocery retail environment, with a focus on inventory management.
- Skills: Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and/or SQL Server/PostgreSQL, good analytical skills, and ability to work with limited supervision.
- Language: Bilingual in French and English.
- Additional Requirements: SAP knowledge and Python programming skills are assets.
