Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Metro. As a key member of our Supply Chain Modernization initiative, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our replenishment strategy for store fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Replenishment Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective replenishment strategies that meet business objectives.
  2. Inventory Management: Ensure healthy store inventory levels and forecasts, taking into account seasonality, promotions, cannibalizations, and halo effects.
  3. System Integration: Work with various systems and technologies to optimize inventory management and replenishment processes.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Act as primary contact for store operations regarding inventory, ordering, and product flow, and provide replenishment expertise to cross-functional teams.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance inventory management and replenishment processes.
Requirements:
  1. Education: University degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Economics.
  2. Experience: 1-3 years of analytical experience in a grocery retail environment, with a focus on inventory management.
  3. Skills: Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and/or SQL Server/PostgreSQL, good analytical skills, and ability to work with limited supervision.
  4. Language: Bilingual in French and English.
  5. Additional Requirements: SAP knowledge and Python programming skills are assets.
