Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at one of our properties in Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
