Physiotherapist - Seniors Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Nova Scotia Health Authority. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with actual or potential impairment, pain, functional limitations, or disabilities.
You will work collaboratively with the Seniors LINCS interdisciplinary team to provide assessment, care planning, and intervention to seniors in the community setting. Your excellent interpersonal and written communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with patients, family, and caregivers to maximize function and independence.
About You- You hold a Bachelor's degree or entry-level master's program in Physiotherapy from an accredited university.
- You are a member of the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists (Provincial licensing body).
- You possess computer skills, including statistics input, word processing, and Outlook.
- You have Annual Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation certification (BCLS).
- You have competencies in other languages, with French being an asset.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $33.97 - $42.89, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, and a defined benefit pension plan.
Successful candidates may be eligible for a signing bonus and relocation assistance with a defined Return of Service contract.
