Key Responsibilities- Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and accounted for.
- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Team Management: Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet company standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with a proven track record of success in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to obtain Lift Truck certification.
