Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating daily janitorial services at all store locations within a designated area or territory, across multiple customer banners.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience and Retention
- Build strong relationships with customers and business partners at store level, focusing on cross-selling, trust-building, and delivering excellent service.
- Act as a single point of contact for customer communication, addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Lead daily communication with United Partners on issues and actions, setting expectations and providing training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with Regional and Support Teams, including L&D, Partner Relations, and Equipment Services.
- Process Compliance and Improvement
- Lead process initiatives and implementation at store level, working with Senior Management to identify trends and gaps.
- Conduct store-level customer audits and calibration walks, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Cost Management and Controls
- Responsible for store-level financial activities, including billing, invoicing, budgets, and cost management.
- Monitor asset inventory, including equipment and supplies, to ensure optimal utilization.
- Revenue Growth and Business Development
- Implement transitions of new business in stores, ensuring compliance with customer transition processes.
- Lead growth of in-store business by upselling special services, increasing revenue and profitability.
- Workforce and Performance Management
- Co-lead performance management for Partners with the Partner Effectiveness team, focusing on monthly inspections, escalation reports, and attendance reports.
- Recruitment, Training, and Development
- Support the Partner Effectiveness team in hiring, recruitment, and termination of Partners, as well as Partner management.
- Lead in-store Partner training, focusing on scope, equipment, and material ordering.
- Technology and Asset Management
- Responsible for managing business using United technologies, including Salesforce and Microsoft programs.
- Manage asset inventory, including equipment and supplies.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the janitorial industry or a similar operational environment.
- 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role.
