Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse - Perioperative Nursing

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Practical Nurse to join our Perioperative Nursing team at the University Health Network. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth functioning of our operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the patient assessment process and implement patient care plans
  • Collaborate with other members of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
  • Act as a patient advocate and ensure that patient needs are met
  • Contribute to the smooth functioning of the department and attend seminars and workshops to facilitate personal and professional growth
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Experience in perioperative nursing or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
