Job Summary

Premium Appliance Sales & Service is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication.
    • Respond to telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant team members.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Open and distribute mail and other materials to the team.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for team members.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Supervision and Support
    • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
    • Provide support to team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Arrangements
    • Permanent position.
    • 30 to 35 hours per week.
