Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team at Collabera. As a key member of our Applications management team, you will be responsible for designing and developing data warehousing and business intelligence solutions using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Key Responsibilities- Data Modeling and Design: Develop and maintain data models and designs for data warehousing and business intelligence solutions.
- ETL Process Development: Design and develop ETL processes using ODI to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.
- OBIEE Development: Develop and maintain OBIEE reports, dashboards, and scorecards to provide business users with insights and analytics.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize OBIEE and ODI performance to ensure efficient data processing and reporting.
- Unix/Linux Scripting: Develop and maintain Unix/Linux scripts to automate data processing and reporting tasks.
- Weblogic Administration: Administer and maintain Weblogic servers to ensure smooth operation of OBIEE and ODI applications.
- Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of OBIEE 11g, ODI 11g, Oracle database, PL/SQL, data warehouse database design, data modeling, ETL process design and development, Unix/Linux scripting, and Weblogic administration.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to communicate technical solutions to business users.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as a member of the Applications management team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
