Position Overview

DC FOODS CANADA LTD is seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our dishes while adhering to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Assess food portion sizes and costs, and create menus that meet customer needs.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes, ensuring quality and taste.
  • Customer Care: Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, including staff training and supervision.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of food supplies and equipment.
  • Sanitation: Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and execute buffets and banquets.
