Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Edo Japan. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet production schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and waste
  • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance and operations
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
