Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team at Indian Flame & Pizza as a Kitchen Operations Assistant. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, preparing and cooking meals, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our cooking team to manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English.
