About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at SHAH TRANSPORT LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of senior staff to ensure effective execution of business plans.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support business operations.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the organization and its departments.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions.
  • Staff Development: Identify, select, and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Work Conditions: 35 hours per week, permanent position.
  • Language: English.
