- Evaluate and improve existing procedures to enhance productivity and quality
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Establish priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information legislation
- Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security
- Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Manage budget and expenditures
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Permanent full-time position
- 35 hours per week
- English language
