Work Environment

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager at A&W, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
